Srushti Dehmukh began preparing for UPSC during the 3rd semester of her engineering bachelor's degree. After graduation, she started to wonder whether or not she'd enjoy a career in engineer position. Then she realized that her dream job was within the civil service, and she started to focus on it. The parents of her advised her to study for civil services and pursue an impact in the community. The young woman never lost her enthusiasm and was focused on her goal of becoming an IAS. It takes more effort to achieve UPSC. While studying her engineering subjects She also had to prepare for different subjects at UPSC. The preparation for the exam was carried out each day. In just one and a half months, she passed her engineering examinations, and stayed away from any social interaction. She believes that focusing on her work is vital to pass the exam for a government job and be able to work as a civil servant. She wanted to pass this test on her first attempt and has put in lots of effort. Daily, she would read the newspapers to stay abreast of the latest news. Rajya Sabha TV and online studies were also of great help to her. IAS Srushti Deskmukh Book IAS Srushti Deskmukh wrote and published the book titled The Answer Writing Handbook.
